About bloody time someone took a stab at the history of Denmark. Good on you Soren, I look forward to following along. Huge fan of David Crowther, Mike Duncan and some of the other podcast greats and I think you have started out well, following in their footsteps style wise.

Hi Søren, Thanks for mentioning my podcast – A History of Europe, Key Battles. Good to hear about a lesser known part of the continent, so keep up the good work! Carl

Hi Søren, I just started listening to your podcast today and I have to say I’m really impressed! I’m very interested in Denmark because my maternal grandmother was born in a small town called Hjorthede in 1897 (her family surname was Nielsen, a good Danish name) so I’m proudly 1/4 Danish.
Keep up the good work!
And by the way, I know English isn’t your first language but you speak it perfectly 🙂

Hello Cindy!
Very interesting! I will be sure to cover Danish migration to the United States when I reach the 1800’s. Thank you for the kind words.

Hello Lucy! I’m very glad you like it. As I mention at the beginning of episode 11, my schoolwork is holding me back from making episodes at the rate I would like to, but once I get Easter vacation in two weeks I will have some more time on my hands. 🙂

Hi Sören,
I just stumbled upon your website – all I can say is that I am VERY impressed at your clarity of thought and analysis and your presentation. Not only because you claim to be a High School Student – I find that hard to believe. A full 13 as you say in Denmark.
Already you have given me the answer to several importatnt questions that I have on Danish history and I expect a lot more to memerge, so give me some time to familiarise with the full presentation.
All the best, talk soon
